Meet Joyce Oladeji
Joyce Oladeji is a Virtual Assistant and Career Coach with 3+ years of experience supporting international clients and managing complex projects.
But her real expertise?
Transforming aspiring VAs into confident, work-ready professionals.
A First-Class Honours graduate from the University of Ibadan (Dean’s Roll of Honor for five consecutive years), Joyce combines academic excellence with real-world VA experience to train the next generation.
After mentoring over 50 aspiring VAs, Joyce noticed a frustrating pattern: they had certificates and completed courses—but no practical experience, and therefore, no job offers.
The Birth of ExperienceX
“I kept hearing the same frustration,” Joyce recalls. “‘Joyce, I’ve taken three courses. I have certificates. But every job wants 1–2 years of experience. How do I get it if no one will hire me?'”
That question haunted her.
Because Joyce had faced that same barrier herself—the crushing feeling of being qualified but overlooked simply because she couldn’t prove her abilities. So she asked herself a new question:
What if we don’t just give people certificates but also give them proof?
ExperienceX was born from that question—a structured program where students don’t just learn VA skills, they actually perform them under expert guidance, build real portfolios, and walk away with the confidence that comes from proven execution, not just theory.
Today, ExperienceX graduates don’t just have certificates. They have proof.
“Certificates prove you showed up. Portfolios prove you can deliver. At ExperienceX, we focus on the latter.”
Joyce believes that with the right guidance, realistic practice, and constructive feedback, anyone willing to work hard can build a successful career as a Virtual Assistant—regardless of their background or location.
ExperienceX isn’t about gatekeeping. It’s about giving people a fair shot at proving what they can do.
