Meet Joyce Oladeji
Joyce is a Virtual Assistant and Career Coach with 4 years working with international clients. Her real expertise? Turning aspiring VAs into confident professionals.
A First-Class Honours graduate from the University of Ibadan (Dean’s Roll of Honor for five consecutive years), Joyce combines academic excellence with real world experience to train the next generation.
The Problem She Saw
After mentoring countless aspiring VAs, Joyce noticed a pattern: they finished courses and collected certificates, but couldn’t prove they could actually do the work. They faced the same barrier she’d faced, qualified but overlooked.
So she asked herself: What if we gave people proof instead of just certificates?
ExperienceX was born from that question. A program where students don’t just learn VA skills; they perform them under expert guidance, build real portfolios, and graduate with tangible proof of their abilities.
“Certificates prove you showed up. Portfolios prove you can deliver.”
She believes anyone committed to growth can build a successful VA career with the right guidance, honest feedback, and realistic practice. Regardless of background or location.
ExperienceX isn’t gatekeeping. It’s giving people a fair shot at proving what they can do.

The Woman Behind It
Joyce still works as a Virtual Assistant because she lives what she teaches. She continuously learns new tools and industry trends to ensure ExperienceX students get the most current, practical training.
Why? Because if she’s teaching it, she should be living it.
